DATA PROCESSING PLACE

These conditions of sale govern the sale of products marketed by I MAGREDI S.r.l. (hereinafter referred to as I Magredi) through the website www.imagredi.com. All contracts for the purchase of products concluded, through the website www.imagredi.com and according to the procedures indicated therein, between the seller and the customer, will be governed by these terms of sale (in accordance with Italian law and in particular to D. Lgs. 70/2003 relating to electronic commerce and Legislative Decree 206/2005 with specific reference to the law on distance contracts). Any changes or new conditions of sale will be promptly reported to the Customer, will be effective from the time of publication on the site and will be applied only to sales concluded after publication.
Acceptance of sales conditions
The contract stipulated between Magredi and the customer must be considered concluded with the acceptance of the order by I Magredi. Acceptance is considered tacit, unless otherwise communicated in any manner to the Customer. By placing an order in the various ways provided, the Customer declares to have read the information provided during the purchase procedure and to accept the conditions transcribed below. Therefore, the Customer is invited to read carefully these terms of sale and print them or save them on another durable medium accessible to him.
The Customer can only purchase the products available on the website www. imagredi.com at the time of placing the order as described in the relevant information sheets. The information supplied with the products reproduces those supplied by the manufacturers. The Magredi, therefore, reserves the right to modify the information of the products to adapt them to those supplied by the producers, without prior notice. The images on the site are provided to the customer to facilitate the recognition of products, due to changes in the packaging by the manufacturer, the photos may not exactly reflect the appearance of the product delivered. The correct receipt of the order is confirmed by imagredi.com by an e-mail reply, sent to the e-mail address communicated by the Customer. This confirmation message will contain the date and time of receipt of the order and an “Order Number”, to be used in any further communication with imagredi.com t, as well as a reference to these conditions of sale. In case of non-acceptance of the order, imagredi.com commits itself to a timely communication to the Customer. All prices on the site are intended as prices to the public and, therefore, inclusive of VAT. Magredi reserves the right to change prices at any time, without notice.
Terms of payment
The Customer can purchase the products on the site www.imagredi.com using different forms of payment, as indicated in the purchase procedure. Any additional costs related to a specific payment method will be explicitly highlighted during the purchase procedure. Delivery methods Magredi delivers its products through specialized couriers. Shipping costs, in general, are charged to the customer and are explicitly highlighted at the time the order is placed. Depending on the destination area of the goods, deliveries may take place over a period of time ranging from 24 hours to 4 days, subject to setbacks. The customer upon receipt of the goods is required to verify the integrity, if the customer had doubts about the integrity of the same, must indicate it on the delivery receipt. The customer will have 10 working days to verify the integrity of the goods and communicate in writing by e-mail to the address: email@example.com any damages. Within 10 working days I Magredi will reimburse the customer.
Right of withdrawal
The Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract, without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within 10 working days of the delivery of the purchased products, according to correctness and good faith, prior written notice to be sent to I Magredi via email at the address info @ imagredi.com. In the communication the Customer must indicate the product or products for which he intends to exercise the right of withdrawal. Magredi will take care, at its own expense and expense, to collect the product or products in question in the manner and in the terms that will be previously agreed with the Customer, unless he waives the return of the above.
Magredi guarantees that products will be delivered equal to those indicated and described on the site. The manufacturer’s responsibility applies to all products sold. The manufacturer is also responsible for the truthfulness and completeness of the information on the packaging.
The personal data requested when placing the order are collected by I Magredi and processed on computer media, in order to meet the obligations arising from the contract concluded with the customer and will not under any circumstances and for any reason transferred to third parties. Magredi guarantees its Clients compliance with the regulations on the processing of personal data, governed by the privacy code referred to in Legislative Decree no. No. 196 of 30.06.03. The data controller is I MAGREDI S.r.l. Via del Sole 15 – Frazione Domanins 33090 S. Giorgio della Richinvelda (PN), in the person who from time to time has legal representation, unless a manager is appointed pursuant to art. 29 of Legislative Decree n. 196/2003. The customer, at any time, has the right to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data with written notice to be sent to www.imagredi.com at the address above. The customer, pursuant to art. 7 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003, has the right to access their data according to the procedures provided therein. Marketing communications will be sent only with the explicit consent of the Customer issued together with the authorization to process and send them to the online registration form.
Protection of minors
Magredi does not sell wine or other alcoholic products to anyone under the age of 18. The courier will NOT deliver wine or other alcoholic products to anyone under the age of 18 and may request proof of identity to check age.
Any complaint must be addressed in writing to I MAGREDI S.r.l.

Jurisdiction and applicable law
The contract of sale between the Customer and I Magredi is concluded in Italy and governed by Italian law. For the solution of civil and criminal disputes arising from the conclusion of this contract of distance selling, if the customer is a consumer, the territorial jurisdiction is that of the reference hole of his municipality of residence; in all other cases, the territorial jurisdiction is exclusively that of the Court of Pordenone.
