Red in colour with purplish reflections. It reveals a complex aroma with notes of cherry and wild blackberry. It has a full and round taste.

Vinification

Red vinification with temperaturecontrolled fermentation and maceration of the skins at +25°C for a period of 6-8 days.

Aging

The wine undergoes maturation at a controlled temperature of 12-13°C in stainless steel vats.

Tips

Do not allow the bottle to undergo excessive changes in temperature. It is good practice not to let the product remain for a long time in the fridge.
