VINIFICATION METHOD:
Cold maceration with the skins, soft crushing and fermentation in pressurized tank at controlled temperature of 10-12 °C with selected yeasts.
TASTING NOTES:
It presents a pink, brilliant color with pronounced notes of rose and strawberry. It’s a sweet sparkling wine, smooth, soft, velvety and elegant.
FOOD MATCHING:
Excellent with all dessert types, with cream too.
