VINIFICATION METHOD:
The grapes are destemmed and pressed. The juice is left to rest in cold state before fermentation. Aging in steel containers.
TASTING NOTES:
Straw intense yellow with a wide and persistent nose of buttery aromas, apple scents, acacia-blossoms, bread crust. In the finish we perceive roasted and vanilla notes.
The palate is fresh, mineral and sapid. All the aromas perceived at the nose are confirmed at the palate with a velvety, soft, round and full sensation.

Is the most international of the wines for its pleasantness and its wide possibility of pairing. It perfectly matches with fish-based appetizers.
