VINIFICATION METHOD:
The grapes are destemmed and pressed. The juice is left to rest in cold state before fermentation.Aging in steel containers.
TASTING NOTES:
Straw yellow wine with greenish highlights; the aromas remind the peach leaf and the almond. The palate, soft and velvety, has the characteristic scent of bitter almond with a good persistence.
FOOD MATCHING:
Optimal with San Daniele ham, cured meat, fish soup, jumbo prawns and scallops au gratin.
