VINIFICATION METHOD:
The grapes are destemmed and pressed. The juice is left to rest in cold state before fermentation. Aging in steel containers.
TASTING NOTES:
Straw yellow in color, the nose presents aromas of flowers. At the palate is full and ripe with hints of pear, tropical fruits and citrus. The finish presents mineral notes and a lively acidity.
FOOD MATCHING:
Wine that may accompany several convivial situations. Pinot grigio is protagonist on the table with shellfish au gratin, fish-based soups and baked or stewed fat fish.
