The wine is straw yellow with greenish highlights. At the nose is extremely elegant and complex with peach, tropical fruit, passion fruit and grapefruit aromas.
Sauvignon Blanc is a very food-friendly wine: formidable with warm and cold fish-based appetizers, steamed too, but also with cured meat.
