VINIFICATION METHOD:
The grapes are destemmed and pressed. The juice is left to rest in cold state before fermentation. Aging in steel containers.
TASTING NOTES:
The wine presents an intense straw yellow color. At the nose are perceived notes of rose petals, white flowers and citrus. At the palate is soft, harmonic and good bodied.
FOOD MATCHING:
Excellent to accompany crustaceans, seafood salad, as well as strong flavors like cabbage, onions and “fegato alla veneziana”.
