Other curiosities
Deep ruby red in colour. On the nose, it offers aromas of wild berries, whereas when young, it has some herby notes. On the palate, the flavour is smooth, balanced, with velvety tannins.
Vinification
Red vinification with temperaturecontrolled fermentation and maceration of the skins at +25°C for a period of 8-10 days.
Aging
The wine undergoes temperaturecontrolled maturation at 12-13°C in stainless steel vats.

Do not allow the bottle to undergo excessive changes in temperature.
