Other curiosities
Deep ruby red in colour with purplish reflections. It reveals an intense aroma, with hints of violet, wild blackberry and blueberry. An elegant and dry full-bodied wine, slightly tannic.
Vinification
Red vinification with temperaturecontrolled fermentation and maceration of the skins at +25°C for a period of 8-10 days.
Aging
The wine undergoes temperaturecontrolled maturation at 12-13°C in stainless steel vats.

Do not allow the bottle to undergo excessive changes in temperature.
